BlueSkyGate is provided for lawful connectivity between systems you own or are authorized to operate. You agree not to use the service to disrupt third-party networks or to carry traffic you are not permitted to carry.

Availability

We target high availability but provide the service on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSkyGate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
