BlueSkyGate is operated by a small independent team. We collect the minimum data needed to provide connectivity services and keep them reliable.

What we collect

Account contact details you provide, and operational telemetry from gateways you enroll (link health, throughput counters, error rates). We do not inspect the contents of traffic carried over your overlay.

How we use it

To operate the service, alert you to outages, and improve reliability. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to run the service (for example, our hosting provider).

Retention

Operational telemetry is retained for 30 days by default. Account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted on request.
